Near the bottom of the Poof! Genie™ window is the Additional options section. Use this section to specify if you would like the margins, header, and/or footer compared. You can also specify if you want Poof! Genie to stop processing once a specified number of differences is found. For additional help, see the How to Poof! tutorial.
