Q:	How do I get started?

A:	Download the setup file, install, and start poofing! You'll get prompted to register and purchase the program during the 30-day trial period.


Q:	I'm trying to install the newest version of Poof! Genie for Microsoft Excel, but it won't install properly. What do I do?

A:	If you using a work computer, most likely your Network Administrator has limited your ability to install applications on the computer. Ask your Network Administrator or I.T. Department to install Poof! Genie for you.


Q:	I'm ready to purchase Poof! Genie (and get rid of that nagging reminder!). What do I do?

A:	Go to the Buy Now page and click the Buy Now button. Your transaction will be handled securely by Google Checkout.


Q:	I heard that I can get a copy of Poof! Genie for free because I'm a teacher or BPA advisor. Is that true? How do I get started?

A:	See the Special Offers page for coupon codes and details.


Q:	What versions of Microsoft® Word does Poof! Genie WXP work with?

A:	Poof! Genie WXP works with Word XP and Word 2003.


Q:	What versions of Microsoft® Excel® does Poof! Genie EXP™ work with?

A:	Poof! Genie EXP works with Excel XP and Excel 2003.


Q:	What versions of Microsoft Excel does Poof! Genie of Microsoft Excel work with?

A:	Poof! Genie for Microsoft Excel works with Excel 2007, 2003, and XP.


Q:	How do I know the downloaded code is safe?

A:	Great question! All Poof! Genie applications are digitally signed using Microsoft Authenticode technology and digitally signed using a code signing certificate issued by Thawte.


Q:	Will there be a version of Poof! Genie for Microsoft Office Word 2007?

A:	Since the same functionality that Poof! Genie has is readily available in Word 2007, there won't be a Poof! Genie for Microsoft Office Word 2007. See the Compare feature under the Review tab in Word.
